Operations

Student operators are a key component of RCC. Their primary function is to manage our "help desk" by assisting customers with a range of requests from printing documents to installing operating systems. Between semesters the students take on larger projects working under the supervision of a staff member. Working at RCC develops a comprehensive set of IT skills that not only helps us and our customers, but also helps the students long after graduation.
