Though%20not%20an%20official%20member%2C%20Patrick%20Messer%20sits%20in%20on%20most%20e-POC%20committee%20meetings.%20RCC%20has%20been%20involved%20with%20e-Commerce%20at%20UNH%20starting%20with%20the%20selection%20process%20for%20a%20vendor%20back%20in%202002.%20Patrick%20serves%20in%20an%20advisory%20role%20for%20new%20initiatives%20involving%20electronic%20payments%20across%20all%20USNH%20campuses.%20RCC%20is%20regularly%20consulted%20by%20other%20departments%20regarding%20policies%20and%20procedures%20relating%20to%20e-commerce.%20
