Philip Collins is the lead software engineer of several projects at the University of New Hampshire Research Computing Center including the NH State Crash Reporting Management System, the USNH online Events Management System, UNH Chemical Environmental Management System (UNHCEMS?), and the award winning Environmental Response Management Application (ERMA?). Phil is also responsible for developing and maintaining several eCommerce applications and interfaces to USNH's financial system which have contributed over $15M.
