UNH Research Computing and Instrumentation is an exciting place to gain
valuable real world experience while working on campus. At RCI you will provide IT support for some of the top researchers in the country while working
hands on with the latest hardware. Student operators are encouraged to assist staff in areas such as system and network administration, software programming, web development, database administration and security.
Applications are accepted any time. Our peak hiring period occurs between
March and May. All positions are for year-round employment, including summers
and semester breaks.
Highly motivated first or second year undergraduate students, with career
interests in computer science or information technology. No experience is
necessary or required; applicants must have a desire to learn and work both
independently and as a member of a team. Due to the nature of our work, we can
only hire first or second year students and prefer candidates that will also be
available to work during summer break.
We are located on campus in Morse Hall (adjacent to Kingsbury Hall), room 338.
